Slipped Disc Help

33 y/o male, right hip AVN (avascular necrosis) for right bipolar hemiarthroplasty.

I used lumbar plexus block & parasacral plexus block for operation.

B Bruan nerve stimulator with 100mm insulated needle.

Lumbar plexus block: 2% Xylocaine 25mL & 0.5% Marcaine 5mL. (Quadriceps contraction)

Parasacal sicatic nerve block: 2% Xylocaine 15mL & 0.5% Marcaine 5mL (calf contraction & Plantar flexion)
