http://TheBadBackGuy.net Diet and Nutrition: Overcoming Neck, Back and Sciatic Nerve Pain! The 4th Factor Contributing to Neck Pain, Back Pain, and Sciatica! In understanding and dealing effectively with neck pain, back pain, and sciatica it is crucial we understand what factors most affect and exacerbate neck, back, and sciatic nerve pain…and how to find real and lasting pain relief.

The first of the five factors is excess weight and/or obesity. The second contributory factor is muscle weakness. The third is muscle imbalance. The fourth factor leading to neck pain, back pain, and sciatica is inadequate diet and nutrition. The fifth factor is dehydration or inadequate hydration. These 5 factors, take singularly or in concert are
the main reasons most people see their medical practitioner for neck, back, and leg pain.

These are not the only factors but they are most often responsible and many of the “other” factors can be linked back at least in part to one or a combination of several of the above 5 factors. To see more on this and to understand this topic more completely, along with the other factors go to:

My name is Dr. Tom Kilpatrick. I am a medical doctor, a pediatrician to be exact, at a childrens hospital in my hometown, and have been in my practice for roughly 15 years. Being a doctor, unfortunately, does not make us superhumans, nor does it mean we can treat or cure everything. We are indeed humans and suffer and fall victim to the same ills which people who are not in the medical field suffer.

About 10 years ago, I started suffering problems with my sciatic nerve. I noticed a slight sensation one day while working at the gym, not exactly knowing that it was sciatica, as the sensation wasnt clearly centralized.

http://UltimateBadBackStrategies.com The remainder of this article is at the link above! The use of Suboxone has transformed pain management and addiction treatment. Neck pain, back pain and sciatica relief is now possible without addictive narcotics!

Given the proper management by your medical practitioner, Suboxone may reduce your neck pain, back pain, and sciatica long enough for your exercise program to begin demonstrating results, while at the same time reducing your dependence on narcotics, both physically and psychologically, and restoring control of your life to the one it belongs to you!

For the next step on pain relief outside of narcotics and pain management:
