A day in my life with a slipped disk… Not very nice at all!!!
Ok so some ppl many wander what its like to have a slipped disk, well i have been ohyiso n ac-punture for mine for about 6 months ish n it still not great, here is a documentary about a day in my life…
Here is a glimse into what my life is like at the moment, I got a slipped disk in my back while at work and every now and again get days like these where everything I do hurts

@gamwpanagia i feel … @gamwpanagia i feel for u mate, i know what that was liek, i have come very far in the 6 months of hyaving mine, still nowhere near i need to be but feeling better, this was my 1st week of not using my walking stick, god it hurt
but hey, wot dont kill us makes us stronger right… just wish it would get stronger or kill me now lol 
i hate days like … i hate days like this too.a shame i cant do anything about it since even moving has become tough
