sciatica is killing … sciatica is killing me,cant seem to get much improvement, regardless of how much ive spent on pt,chiro, oesteos, massage etc…u say to fulcrum just under the point of tension..right? however my back pain has largely gone and im simply left with full leg length sciatic nerve pain, so i take it i dont need to do any of the fulcrum thing as i wouldnt really be able to locate the point of tension you talk about, the point of tension for me is in my right glute really!
