continued….and then turning around on your belly and laying flat for ten minutes. Also raising your leg straight up while laying on your back after doing the first two. And laying on your back while having someone raise your leg (the one that hurts) a little bit, about a foot off the ground, have them gently pull your leg towards them while shaking your leg slowly

    continued….. …
continued…..surgery but she was extremely uncomfortable, or should I say scared of having surgery. She had about 5 weeks to wait before surgery. She was doing some research online about sciatica and found one of those home exercise videos. She said one of them really caught her attention, believe me or not followed those exercises for about 2 weeks and was almost completely out of pain. It included simply laying down on your back on a flat surface for about ten minutes……..continued

    hey man I really …
hey man I really feel sorry for you. You mentioned surgery, It’s been a while since you posted this video but I am strongly against surgery for sciatica. My mother has a history of sciatica, she gave birth to me and four of my siblings, so it has to be because of carelessness during pregnancy, it’s chronic. She had it last september, says it was the worst she ever had, she went to the chiro, physio, and everything you mentioned, but nothing helped, she was given a date for her……continued

Yeah, it’s the same thing. It can also be refered to as a ‘disc buldge’ as well. It’s extremely paniful too.

Does anyone know if there is such thing as slipped disc? Or is every case of “slipped” disc really herniated disc?

  • lighthouse08:

    Hey, just want to …
Hey, just want to know what the symptons are? Ive been having a sharp pain in my upper back, but people say if its a slipped disc in the upper back it should give you numbess in your neck nd fingers but it doesnt seem to do that. Might this be just a pulled or thorn muscle that can go with nature nd physio therapy?

    i hear you man. i …
i hear you man. i hear you. i slipped a disk when i was trying to learn how to land correctly in parkour. i had done it right many times, so i got cocky and i hurt my back. it has been five months since. since my family cant afford doctors, a chiropractor has been the only form of treatment ive used, plus regular exercising and weight loss. however the pain comes back sometimes, and its so intense i sometimes even have suicidal thoughts

  • MuFFiNMaN455:

    my back is cracking …
my back is cracking a lot and i have a lot of pressure in my back does anyone know if this leads to herniated discs or does anyone know if this is a problem like yours?

  • heartslord:

    Please see my …
Please see my videos on youtube for actual results documented. Just do a search on “The Pain Whisperer”.

I can fix difficult and chronic pain easily in the same way and even faster than sciatica. Carpal tunnel, arthritic pain etc.

  • heartslord:

    Hi John,
    the …

    Hi John,
the reason the problem has not been fixed by chiro, phys therapy, etc is because….
The muscles control the bones and the muscle fibers at your injury are currently “glued” together in a contracted state. This pulls the vertebrae closer together creating a herniation.
SUPERTOUCH is my method to completely reform the soft-tissue so that the injury no longer exists. Usually one treatment will cause enormous relief. The inflammation of sciatica slows things a bit but still incredible!

it is sad to think …
it is sad to think of what we can and cant do , but we got to say screw that and stay happy, i feel you , i have L3 L4 L5 9mm petrusion, it sucks, i can feel like a million bucks, but then next thing u know i pic up something the wrong way and forget it , i walk with top part of my body on one side and bottom on the other , looks crazy, im surprised u can lift ur leg up that high, but ur a dancer so your a lil more flexible , im a phone sales man, its common to stand for ever at work .thank u

  • VinylToVideo:

    Most definitely …
Most definitely affects you mentally; I’ve been rather depressed and haven’t felt motivated to do anything for a few months. You’re lucky it was in your left leg. I have it in my right (and also in my left actually but not as bad) which pretty well makes it impossible to drive. The pain is so bad that at this point surgery would be my first choice for treatment. Just wish the bloody surgeon would call! At times it’s nearly impossible to walk so I’m pretty well always laid up, for now.

    ive been hurting …
ive been hurting since mid may and it really hurts… i was playing basketball when another player almost hit me but i twisted suddenly and i felt as if some one hit me in the tailbone with a hammer… in late june it got to the point where i could not take it any further… i have a 9.7 herniation on my lower back….

  • BelchTycoon:

    I’m not even taking …
I’m not even taking painkillers. The ones they gave me… well, some side effects included insomnia for weeks, trembling, cold sweating, and “feel-like-shit.” No chemical drugs for me. Try ginger root in green tea with honey and a tiny bit of cinnamon three times a day for a month. That sure helps. That, or boil some mint leaves and just drink the water straight. Natural cures over chemicals, man! But it does suck. Apply for medical marijuana ASAP, too. I will soon apply.

  • BelchTycoon:

    My lumbar (4 or 5, …
My lumbar (4 or 5, I forget at the moment) disc is not only herniated, but actually burst open last June. I had the same thing, numb right leg for about 3 to 4 months, severe shooting pains in my back and leg, and usually woke me up in the middle of the night. I know how it feels, and it sucks ass. The chiropractor messed things up worse and they put me on addicting drugs. Not my idea of fun. :-/ But I realize it’ll provide a lifetime of pain, so I might as well get used to it.

  • 00bhv:

    I just got …
I just got diagnosed with herniated disc yesterday! I have it in my neck 4/5/6 C – less than 5% people have this one. My dr told me it is the largest he has ever seen and I need to operate it this week. I am very scared! Apparently I have had this for a very long time, just did not know what this was. I can’t sleep either, nor look left or right, up or down. I have this numbness and tingles in both my arms. It is horrible! I can’t even sit properly… Will keep posted after my op.

I’ve had a herniated disk when I was 17. Now, I am 20 and I would say it is only 90% healed.
