i have a lower back … i have a lower back pain and i am just 21 and worried , shock kind of sensation or it pains at the heart beat rate from past 1weaks. doctor suggested anti inflamatory tabs but this releives pain temporarily. i cannot concentrate on my upcoming exams as it pains even more will siting or doing any bending activity. what do i do , can somebody please suggest me!!!!!!
