I like biofreeze the best, but I know that can get expensive if you have it shipped out of the US, so another one I like is called George's Aloe. I'm not real familiar with India, so I'm not sure what you have available there – I know the active ingredient in Biofreeze is ilex, so you may want to look for a pain-relieving gel that has that in it.
